OUR STORY
Mr Wood had a favourite shirt. It was the late 70s, and French Connection was still cool. This ‘Gauguin print’ design embodied everything he wanted in a shirt. Beautiful design that was bold and fun, but also comfortable. This was a once in a lifetime shirt.
Through all the good times and bad, the shirt was worn and washed, until it began to fade away. Each hole telling its own story, he refused for this to be the end. He cut out the last surviving square panel of fabric he had, and still uses it as a handkerchief to this day.
Mr Wood’s handwriting is our brand mark, and this small surviving panel of fabric is our inspiration - to produce fun, bold and engaging shirts.
